Plexiglas Resist Multiwall is a light weight, light transmitting, heat insulating and highly weather resistant double skinned sheet manufactured from impact – modified acrylic.

Product Features

 No Drop Coating

Resist Multiwall comes with a no drop coating on one side, which when installed facing the sun allows rainwater to flow off without a trace. Ordinary dust and dirt are simply washed off by the rain.

Weather and Hail Resistant

Resist Multiwall can withstand hail with an energy value of 1 joule and is guaranteed for 10 years against breakage due to hail.

 Clarity

The wide web spacing of Resist Multiwall enhances the clear view. The wider spaced web allows for a light and airy appearance and gives you an outdoor feeling. The clear sheet allows through 86% of available light.

UV Resistance

Resist Multiwall has inherent UV resistant and requires no UV coating. Unlike Polycarbonate which needs a protective layer applied.

Load Bearing Capacity

The more stable the better. Resist Multiwall shows less deflection than comparable Polycarbonate multi skin sheets at the same load. Resist Multiwall can be installed with a sheet width of 980mm without any additional cross wire supports if it is supported on all sides or even if it is only clamped in suitable glazing bars along the longitudinal edges.

Multiwall Heatstop

The specially coated sheets deftly deflect the suns rays to maintain a cool, relaxing environment throughout a long hot summer. In fact, heat buildup with Plexiglas Heatstop can be as much as 60% lower than other clear Plexiglas Multiwall products. This same effective insulation works wonders in winter too, keeping the interior warm and cosy.
